In addition to the standard support that you may receive from Accessible Solutions, we also offer technology consulting, workflow analysis, data integration, and implementation management. Each of these services would be priced and quoted based on your unique requirements.
Your purchase of SERVtracker® comes with free phone and remote technical support for the first 30 days from the date of installation package shipment. For further support, Accessible Solutions, Inc. offers the purchase of an annual Maintenance and Support Agreement. This entitles you to unlimited phone/remote support and free software upgrades.
Accessible Solutions, Inc. offers clients the option of client data transfer* into your installation package of SERVtracker®. This can drastically reduce the painful and lengthy process of re-entering all of your client data. Most formats are acceptable. Ask one of our representatives if your data qualifies.
