What is SERVtracker®

SERVtracker® is a multi-user software database that allows you to easily track and manage ALL of your client information and ALL the detailed services those clients receive. SERVtracker® helps you manage multiple services within one database. This allows you to easily manage information with the simplistic flow and design that has been developed specifically for aging service providers, by aging service providers.

Within SERVtracker® there are hundreds of client specific data fields to help you manage information that includes demographics, emergency contacts, medical information, assessments including NAPIS forms (ADL, IADL, and NRA), services a client is receiving, when they are scheduled to receive it and how it's being funded.

Manage all of your funding in our accounting module. Generate private pay invoices, co-pay invoices, and any other funding source invoice. Track payments for open invoices and view outstanding balance per client or per funding source. Easily generate aging reports, provider statements, current balance, and general receivables reports.

SERVtracker® allows you to increase your productivity with bar-coding and touchscreen technology in most modules, with the use of either a hand-held scan gun or a swipe card reader. The capability to print identification badges is a standard feature with your purchase of SERVtracker®, and utilizes standard office supply business card stock. Scan guns and swipe card readers are affordable and a great way to reduce the data entry process. Ask us how this feature may help your organization!

Not only does SERVtracker® give you all of the data entry capabilities that you would ever want for your clients, we also provide you with hundreds of reports standard with any purchase of the product. Reports can be generated to give you demographics on clients served, unduplicated client counts, units of service by funding source by date range and much, much more. In addition, there is a custom query builder that gives you the opportunity to extract data out of the database on the fly for those unique requests that you get from funders. System Requirements

SERVtracker® can be run as a single user or, if in a networked environment, as a multi-user system. User ID and Password protection exists for each module and hardware requirements are minimal.

Additional hardware specifications are available through Accessible Solutions' technical support or sales departments, but single workstation requirements are:

• Pentium IV class IBM compatible PC
• Windows 2000 or later
• 512 MB RAM
• 1 GB Hard Disk space
