Our Story

Accessible Solutions is a family run company that was founded in 1993. We began providing software to this industry due to our involvement in the senior service industry. Through our own hands on experience working in a senior center, we designed the first version of SERVtracker® to help automate home delivered meal tracking. The product quickly expanded to help track and automate many other services provided by the aging industry. We now have clients in 30+ states throughout the country and the SERVtracker® users have reached the thousands. We're excited to have provided this industry with a tool that helps them focus on what is most important, the aging population!

What's New

  • We've enhanced our SERVtracker® Touch application to give organizations the ability to assign graphical images to all of your senior center activities. We've also added a meal reservation process for your clients and staff.
  • Our latest version of SERVtracker® has added many new features that our customers desired. Enhanced EDI Claims billing features, congregate meal reservations system, several new customized reports and enhanced flexibility with our custom query builder. These are just a few new features recently added. We're now looking at some significant enhancements to SERVtracker® that will be available at the end of 2010 that will keep our software the industry leader.
  • Web hosting services help agencies reduce IT administrative costs and end users have access to SERVtracker® from any workstation with an internet connection.
  • 2011 will bring exciting announcements for Accessible Solutions. A significant addition to our software suite will be added! Fundraising/donor management software is on its way!!!
