Information & Referral Management

Tracking information and referrals could become a challenge, but SERVtracker makes it easy, organized, efficient, and manageable. With quick and easy record entry capabilities, SERVtracker allows your organization to customize how you track information and referrals according to the procedures in your company. This can include such data as client name, contact person, contact relationship, contact type, contact reason (up to 5 per entry), disposition, client name, and even the staff member that took the information.
In addition, if you find you need to store more information to use in reporting or case management, we provide for miscellaneous comments by the contact. For example, you can add contact persons and clients on the fly as you are handling information on a phone call. This eliminates or minimizes the manual process of logging new contacts and information provided to clients with direct data entry into our contact tracking system. Your organization will then have a more streamlined procedure, quicker client file updates, elimination of multiple forms and processes, and the ability to take care of client needs in a matter of seconds.
