Bar-Code Scanning

Within SERVtracker we give you the ability to capture client attendance with the assistance of technology and barcode scanning.
There are several different ways to utilize bar code scanning within SERVtracker. We provide flexible and cost effective approaches that will fit most environments.
- Hand-held fixed scanner of slot card readers
- Utilize as a stationed scanner good for tracking one activity or one type of attendance.
- For facilities that need tracking of multiple activities with options and choices, we have another option. This is typically used with barcoded ID badges and allows the attendee to scan/swipe their badge and make options, changes or selections on a touch screen.
Both of these options have different benefits and can even be co-mingled within your environment.
Features & Highlights
- Tracking of clients by scanning of each activity as they walk into that room (class room, congregate dining, fitness room). This requires a computer in the rooms with a scanner attached to that workstation.
- If desired, SERVtracker comes with standard functionality to print sign-in sheets with bar codes next to the client name and then allow scanning of client’s bar codes at the end of the day.
- Personalized bar coded ID badges using standard off the shelf Avery Business Card stock. Bar-coded key tag badges are available and add a professional touch to your environment. Ask us if you’re interested in this style of ID badge.
