Accessible Solutions is a family run company founded in 1993 with one mission in mind: to support aging and community-based service agencies in achieving the highest level of quality services to their clients.
With a background in the senior services industry, we designed a robust, cost-effective software solution to address the need of automating and tracking service delivery – focusing first on home delivered meal tracking. The introduction of the first version of SERVtracker® was the result of our first hand experience working at a senior center and seeing the challenges associated with this service.
SERVtracker was well received and quickly expanded to include the automation and tracking of many other services provided by the aging services industry. Now serving clients in 30+ states throughout the country, there are thousands of SERVtracker® users that we help make the daily management and delivery of services to seniors easier, more accurate, and more efficient.
